Registration and Showcase Booth includes 1 conference registration with access to conference sessions, receptions, and one tabletop booth at the showcase. Tabletop spaces include one 6' x 30" table (no covering) , two chairs, and wastebasket. The ballroom and foyer floor is covered. Power and internet connectivity must be ordered separately. The link will be provided with shipping instructions.
Vendors: You may select your booth. The floorplan is included below. Please review the floorplan before selecting your space. The entrances from the conference foyer are where the nonmember booths are located (99-103). Note: There is limited booth space (5 spaces) designated for nonmembers. Nonmember booth space is in the foyer.

Vendors may set up a tent on the golf course during the KYRBA/TNBA scramble. Includes a golf hole sponsorship sign. The vendor is responsible for all items, tent, table, etc. The course will assist vendors to the tee box.
Cornhole tournament takes place at the Towhee Golf Club at 1:00 p.m.
